1. Scope of Service
Melkon Art offers digital artwork, animations, and stream assets for sale, available as ready-to-use assets or as custom-made items created to meet client specifications.
2. Use of Products
2.1 Digital Art & Animations
All digital artwork, animations, and stream assets are intended for the personal or commercial use of the purchasing customer only, unless otherwise specified.
2.2 License
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. Unless explicitly specified, all ready-to-use assets are sold as non-exclusive, meaning other customers may also purchase the same asset. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital products is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
3. Purchases and Payment
3.1 Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of the order. We accept payment via Stripe, Paypal, Zelle, CashApp and BankTransfer.
3.2 Pricing
All prices listed on our Site are in USD ($) and may change without prior notice. Custom order pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
4. Custom Orders
4.1 Process for custom artwork, animations, or stream assets
we will work with you to develop a concept and timeline. Once the details and price are agreed upon, you must provide a deposit or full payment (based on project requirements).
4.2 Revisions
Revisions to custom orders are limited to those outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4.3 Ownership
Melkon Art retains all ownership rights to custom-created works unless a transfer of rights is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5. Delivery and Digital Access
5.1 Digital Download
Ready-to-use products are delivered as digital downloads immediately upon successful payment.
5.2 Custom Order Delivery
Custom work will be delivered based on the agreed timeline and method. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed of any changes.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Ready-to-Use Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of ready-to-use items are final and non-refundable.
6.2 Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once the work has commenced. However, if you wish to cancel before work has started, please contact us at support@melkonart.com
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Melkon Art, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or our content suppliers and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
